Yes! You get metal and magnetic plates/rings in the box that you can stick to your phone case and mount your phone to the Doolkin laptop phone holders.
We recommend sticking the metal and magnetic plates/rings to the back of your phone case for better adhesion.
Please, make sure your phone and phone case together do not weigh more than 0.5lb. In this case try to get a lighter phone case or just return the product.
The products can get damaged because of mishandling during delivery. Before leaving a 1-star review please contact us and we will solve any issue you have with the product.
Once your order ships out of our warehouse, you will get an email with the tracking information. If your order has a tracking number, we can assure you that the order has been shipped. Sometimes our shipping partners don’t update tracking until they reach the final destination.
You may return the Doolkin products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund (it does not include the original shipping fee). We accept only items purchased directly from Doolkin’s online store. If you purchased your items from Amazon or other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, where applicable. Non-returnable items include those purchased through retailers, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
